Normandy Receives Excellence Award From Pella Windows & Doors and GuildQuality

114We are happy to announce that Normandy has just received a Pella Certified Contractor Service Excellence Award.  This award is given to Pella Certified Contractors that provide customers with exceptional customer service and that had a strong rating with the independent reviewer, GuildQuality. The chosen winners had a 90% or higher recommendation rate from customer satisfaction surveys, and we are proud to say that 96% of Normandy’s customers would recommend us to a friend or family member.

“Customer service in the remodeling industry is so important,” says Normandy Co-Owner Andy Wells, “So much of our business is referral-based, and people always hear about remodeling horror stories.  Based on the GuildQuality reviews, our clients appreciate how much emphasis we put into project details and all of the steps we take to ensure their satisfaction.”

It’s always best to research whichever company you choose to do any project with.  See what people in your city have to say about our work!

Coffered Ceiling Makes Design Statement

coffered ceiling beams with blue paint and pendant lightsA coffered ceiling is a specialty ceiling treatment.  Through the use of beams and moldings, the ceiling is divided into a series of decorative squares.  They automatically add an architectural element to any room and create interest because they’re not something you’ll find in every home.   Whether or not they’re right for your home renovation is based completely on personal preference and budget.

Even if a coffered ceiling isn’t your taste, a ceiling treatment is a great way to add a unique design element to your project.

“Unfortunately, ceilings are often neglected because they’re not factored into the budget from the start,” commented Normandy Designer Laura Barber, “There are a variety of treatments available  today, and a custom ceiling can make an absolutely stunning focal point in any room.”

If you are looking to make a statement in your home or contemplating more extensive changes, you can set up a time with Laura to talk about the possibilities. You can also learn more about the kitchen, bathroom, and other remodeling projects at an upcoming workshop.
