“This was the third time I used Normandy. Quality work. Jackie really listened and came up with great ideas. Easy to deal with and they take care of it all.”

“This is the second time I’ve used Normandy. Jeremy and crew did a great job making the addition look like it’s always been part of the house and making my vague ideas happen. The design process was great. The addition and remodel look terrific!!! Overall I’m very happy and am starting to get used to having an attached garage. I think I’ll really like it this winter.”

“It was very easy to arrange appointments and see things at their showroom. We mostly deferred to Kristen because we didn’t have a lot of ideas, just wanted something new. Extremely professional and organized, especially with my allergies and asthma they kept us informed of days I should try and leave the house. Every part of this experience was perfect.”

“We would always look to and trust Vince! He is able to bring our vision to life! The rest of our team, Mike and all those that contributed to the construction, the communication and follow through is second to none!”

“Normandy Remodeling made my remodel project very easy. They offer a One Stop Shop, and a Variety of Choices to make your project a dream come true. The Ease of the Process was incredible. Normandy Employees were very helpful in every way possible. Always Accessible to answer any questions. As soon as you walk thru the front door, you can feel the family atmosphere.

Laura Barber was my designer. She is pleasant, fun to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. Laura helped me thru the process of building my vision for my kitchen and master bath. Everything was right there to actually see, touch, and create for my new beginning. Tile, flooring, cabinets, hardware, etc. are all in the building. Normandy also has constructed kitchens and baths to see. Laura then took our choices and placed them on the counter to see how it would look all put together. It was so much fun to do. She came out to my condo to measure, and view the area also. Laura did an awesome job putting everything together so the actual architectural design could be drawn up.

I am just very happy that I choose to work with Normandy Remodeling. The process was smooth and finished in a timely manner.”

“Our bathroom and walk in closet are great. More than i hoped for. The design for our project was great. Bryan listened to my wants. Everyone we had at the house was very professional. Answered any questions along the way. Very happy with the whole project.”

“We had a fantastic experience working with Normandy on our kitchen and bath remodel. After many years of dealing with independent contractors and “handymen” pounding away on our 110-year-old Chicago 2-flat, we decided to take the adult approach and hire a company that provides all the services we needed under one roof. It turned out to be a great decision. Our designer Jackie was both helpful and patient in guiding us through though the many processes and potential concerns inherent in remodeling an old home in the city. She also provided excellent insight into design options and possibilities. On the construction side, Nick, our superintendent consistently updated us on permits, work schedules, and inspections. He gladly accommodated us when changes were requested, and even helped with some unrelated emergency storm damage. Ultimately, the results are beyond what we dared hoped for when we first thought to remodel, and we would recommend Normandy to anyone without hesitation.”

“Ashley had great design ideas and really listened to our wants and needs for our new kitchen.”

“Our designer, Jackie, and our project superintendent, Sean, were fantastic! Jackie worked with us to create the vision and make our space functional and beautiful. Sean ensured the project moved forward and kept us informed with daily updates. When we encountered an unexpected issue, the team addressed it and resolved it to our satisfaction. The final result was a space we love and will use for years to come. We will be working with Jackie and Sean for several more projects in the near future and are incredibly happy with Normandy and their process, professionalism and high quality work.”

“We could not be happier with Normandy Builders and especially Emily Young and Bill Thomas. Everything turned out beautifully in a timely manner and every step of our remodeling process was easy. The Normandy team is top notch delivery quality, service and perfection.”
