“Normandy renovated a bathroom for us and it was a great experience. The bathroom is beautiful. All the workers were friendly and professional. We have a very old house and there is always the possibility that something unexpected will come up during a demolition. This was a major concern for us, but Normandy did a good job anticipating these issues. When they did find some surprises with the old plumbing and electricity, they navigated them extremely well. We were particularly impressed with our designer Danny Smith. He had great suggestions and stayed engaged throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Normandy.”

She’s an incredible designer and extremely thorough and goes above and beyond what any designer or contractor has done for us in 15 years owning our home. “Normandy remodeling was awesome. We met with Becca and she walked us through all of the details for our kitchen remodeling. She even offered to go with us to pick out light fixtures! She was professional, friendly and considerate of our time and our budget. She made the process super easy from the start. Unfortunately, for us, (not for her) she went on maternity leave as our project was ready to begin and she turned us over to Kelly. Kelly came here numerous times during the remodel and was there to answer any questions we had about anything. If we ever had an issue, and there were very few, she helped us figure out the best answer. Mike was our superintendent. Mike came practically every day and if he didn’t he always let us know. One of our favorite parts of the whole remodeling process was when Mike emailed us EVERY evening to report what went on with the project and what would be happening the next day. The job was completed in the time frame they gave us at the start.
We always felt very well informed and respected. They all listened to us as we explained what we wanted in our new kitchen. After the remodel was completed our faucet was acting up and immediately they had their plumber here to fix it. My husband and I are 100% happy with the job Normandy did and would highly recommend them to everyone. We have our dream kitchen!!”
