We have a very old house and there is always the possibility that something unexpected will come up during a demolition. This was a major concern for us, but Normandy did a good job anticipating these issues. When they did find some surprises with the old plumbing and electricity, they navigated them extremely well. We were particularly impressed with our designer Danny Smith. He had great suggestions and stayed engaged throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Normandy.”
