Chromatherapy is when you use colored lights in your bath, which is believed to have a different effect on the bather. Kohler gives the example that “warm colors tend to stimulate and encourage a sense of alertness, whereas cool colors seem to deliver a calming effect.” They also recommend turning off the rest of the bathroom lights to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
