Dear Mr. Marzec, Mr. Steindl and Mr. Wells:
Last year we had the pleasure of working with Normandy on a very large house project. We had 3 top contractors bidding on remodeling and building an addition into our kitchen, dining room and 2nd floor. Ann Stockard came recommended to us from our neighbors that are one block away. Ann really listened to our thoughts, asked good questions, and came in not only with what was ultimately the best price, but by far and away the best design concepts.
Little did we realize how incredible the experience was going to be. It sounds totally cliché and cheesy, but Ann and our Superintendent Ken Garrison consistently went above and beyond all expectations throughout planning, construction and follow through. Ann and Ken are terrific, and Normandy and all of their sub-contractors did everything they could to minimize our pain sine we were still in the house all during the work.
Normandy finished the job ahead of schedule and on budget – which people are amazed to hear. In fact, everyone told us that it would be impossible. With all of the horror stories out there, it made me appreciate even more all the professionalism and high standards that Normandy used during the job. I think being on time and reliable are the number one concern people have when starting a house project, and we never had a problem – not even once.
It is like living in a new house now, the change is phenomenal – everything is so beautiful. I wish I could show you the reaction that we get when people who saw our house before, come in for the first time and see it now. Talk about a “Wow” factor – their jaws literally hit the floor. They also can’t believe how perfectly the outside of the house was matched with the existing brickwork – you can’t even tell where the new addition starts and the existing part of the house ends.
Ann and Ken deserve recognition for their excellence. They represent all the best qualities that people look for in a contractor. Thank you for everything- most especially for our “new” house!
Sincerely,
Nancy B
