“Ashley was really great to work with, very patience with us as we worked through the various rounds of design. Our kitchen really turned out great, we have enjoyed the new open space!”

“Comprehensive approach to our addition and remodel made for a smooth process. The communication and relationship style approach by the design team and contractor, particularly when issues did arise or when we voiced concerns, were very productive. That was the biggest benefit for us. Issues/concerns were addressed and resolved quickly

Maury and Kristen were awesome. They really understood our goals with the project. They had so many great ideas and were great people to work with. Highly recommend.

The project was well organized. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and pleasant. We were always given options that would be within the original budge and what was extra. We did go over budget in the design phase but we made the decision to do so Normandy was more expensive than other options but the personal touch and comprehensive approach was worth it. You get what you pay for.”

“Jeremy was very helpful! He was patient with all of our questions and helped us design the perfect addition. It is evident in working with Normandy that thye have done this many times Constant communication and expectation setting. Project was on time once it kicked off and the workers were kind and hard working. Job site was always clean”

“We decided to go with Normandy because of Becca Ruggiero. She was outstanding. Angela was great while she stepped in for Becca’s maternity leave, but I was glad to have her back.

Would highly recommend Becca. She listened closely, had great suggestions and was very comforting during the whole process.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Everything was as tidy as it could be. The cleaning crew that was sent in at the very end did a fabulous job!”

“Emily was a major part of the reason we choice to work with Normandy. She brought our vision to life, made adjustments when asked, and was great at answering any questions we had. In addition to the great work she did for us, she is so nice and easy to get along with. We have already recommended her to others! The daily emails from our project manager Mike were greatly appreciated. And during the design phase, Emily was quick to respond to our emails with detailed responses.

Other than the challenges of simply not having a kitchen while ours was being remodeled, we felt no stress at all about the project itself while it was happening. Our designer and project manager handled everything so well. Our finished kitchen looks great and functions well for us!”

“Becca listened to what I was looking for and came up with some great ideas I hadn’t thought of to take the design to the next level. This is my second project with Becca and I had another great experience working with her. What I loved most is that she took my vision for the room and elevated the design with great ideas that made the room look even nicer while staying true to my style. She’s easy to work with, collaborative, and a very good designer.

“My favorite part was working with Bill and Kristin to make our vision come true. I think it is so great that we can see what’s going to be before we purchase. I’ve told so many people that! We have little design additions that really pull the space together. Archways, backsplash above our oven, design additions to disguise structural needs. Project was finished in a timely manner, and all concerns were always addressed. We have young children, and we were able to safely live through the entire kitchen addition without issue.”

“My mother had recommended Normandy to us after having work done at her house, and we are so glad she did! We found the overall process to be as smooth as possible and are so happy with the results.”

“Loved working with Liz Marusin. Thoughtful suggestions without undue pressure plus helpful problem solving. Liz was a frequent visitor to the site as well to talk through various colors, light fixtures etc  All the Normandy staff were wonderful to work with. All the trades knowledgeable and courteous and always left the workplace tidy. The site manager produced a time line which was followed very closely and finished within their projected date. Top notch construction. All moving parts work beautifully and the end result is perfect”

“From our initial meetings all the way through the final handover, the team was always available, willing to listen to concerns and add on requests, and found a great solution every time. The quality of the work is outstanding, teams were extra clean and courteous.”
