Abby was creative and listened to my requests and ideas and helped me integrate them into the plans She was helpful creative and solved any glitches in a timely way. Also she was very reasonable in her approach with a very pleasant manner! My project manager Dave Imgrund was timely whenever I needed to contact him and rectified any inconsistencies with good ideas. If something was not feasible he always had a PlanB! He was very knowledgeable and always had a clear explanation for any of my questions!

We did go over budget in the design phase but we made the decision to do so Normandy was more expensive than other options but the personal touch and comprehensive approach was worth it.
