“This was our second Normandy project. About 8 years ago we gutted our old kitchen and put in a brand new one that still looks brand new today. We had no doubts that we were going to go back to Normandy when we decided to refinish our old basement and basically turn it into an apartment. This involved putting in a small but modern kitchen, a bathroom, bedroom, work out room, sewing room and TV lounge area. While we were at it, we added a third car garage with additional storage. What has always impressed me about Normandy was that all their workers treated my home as if it were their home. They were all professional and they all had pride in their work. Everything had to be done the right way. Troy Pavelka was our designer and he did an outstanding job. We asked a lot of him and he delivered. We can’t say enough good things about Troy. He’s the gold standard in terms of providing customer service and satisfaction! He earned out trust and confidence that everything was going to be done correctly. Joe Campea was our superintendent who took care of all the details. He was great. For a job this big, you have to expect a few problems. For me, the test is what happens when these problems appear. With Joe and Troy, I never had any doubts that they would take care of any issue that came up. They take great pride in their work and are not satisfied unless you have a great experience. And this is what we had with Normandy – a great experience. Five stars!”

“Bathroom Remodel We interviewed about 8 contractors. Normandy was right in the ballpark as far as price. They were very thorough and detailed with regaurd to what was included and excluded in the job (before they started). However, what really sealed the deal for us was the designer Leslie Lawrence. She went out of her way to help us with a difficult bathroom remodel, that turned out fantastic. She would spend a lot of time with us, never hurried or in a rush. She has a wonderful personality, very friendly, and very professional. I am a horrible designer, so she helped us pick colors, tiles, style of fixtures, cabinets..etc..and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how the bathroom came together. I would highly recommend her as your designer. Finally Normandy went out of their way to make sure the site was isolated and sealed off from the rest of the house. They were always very neat and clean, and when the job was finished they sent a cleaning crew. One final note: my brother in law used Normandy for a family room addition and was also very pleased with Normandy. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again Leslie and Normandy.”

“We are extremely pleased with the remodeling project. The entire staff were very helpful. Jennifer Runner was our design consultant and she was great! She understood our tastes and was able to assist us in our choices of cabinets, tiles, etc. She also helped us with suggestions for the painting and wallpaper we were deciding upon. We especially liked the fact the their showroom had samples of all the items needed for remodeling. Most importantly, Normandy has followed up on any minor problems we have had. They have sent someone the next day for the repairs. We would highly recommend Normandy.”

“From the moment we received a recommendation to use Normandy, the professionalism takes over. You feel special when you meet with Troy, our designer as he lead us thru every step, carefully listening and taking notes. He came to the house and looked over the property and began assisting us in visualizing a plan for our NEW KITCHEN. Never once were my wife or I put on hold or ignored. Our insecurities were also addressed. In the process, we met Ken, our Lead Foreman who kept everything on schedule with the various construction crews that were all specialists in plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc. We had picked out all our kitchen at the Normandy headquarters which has plenty of samples to assist in decisions. We were given a contact at ABT who also patiently walked us thru our options of new appliances. Ken was very accomadating in every way possible and was there daily to make certain all went as planned. He was always available on his cell as was Troy..and they returned calls!! Using Normandy, you buy a “sense of security” that no one is going to walk away. We decided that using “a buddy of a buddy of a buddy of my sister-n-law” was not the way to go. You pay for excellence and we got everything we wanted. Our new kitchen has brightened our home. I highly recommend NORMANDY as the company to go with.”

“Kitchen Remodel. We loved our experience with Normandy and we especially appreciated how our designer, Leslie, went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and helping us find exactly what we wanted. Leslie met us at different stores to look for different flooring when we needed her help. She helped us have a table made so we could have the best look possible in our kitchen. She reassured us when we were nervous about decorating decisions. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Normandy.”

“We had 3 top contractors bidding on remodeling and building an addition onto our kitchen, dining room and 2nd floor. Ann Stockard from Normandy came in not only with the best price, but by far and away the best design concepts. Our neighbor had also used Ann and Normandy for their kitchen, so we knew they were happy and felt comfortable with our decision. Little did we realize how incredible the experience was going to be. It sounds totally cliche and cheesy, but Ann and our Superintendent Ken Garrison consistently went above and beyond all expectations throughout planning, construction and follow through. Ann and Ken are terrific, and Normandy and all of their sub-contractors did everything they could to minimize our pain since we were still in the house all during the work. They finished the job ahead of schedule and on budget – which people are amazed to hear. It is like living in a new house now, the change is phenomenal – everything is so beautiful. Our designer, Leslie, patiently (and painlessly) walked us through each step of the process from choosing our materials to what we could expect during install. She was very in tune with our tastes and her suggestions were extremely valuable. We were able to start with a vision, and revise it until it met 110% of our expectations. She followed us during installation, with visits and emails to check on our satisfaction along the way. Our Supervisor, Ken, was on top of everything, accommodating to every question we had, and took direct supervision of each contractor so that we felt very comfortable having them in our home.
