Our designer, Leslie, patiently (and painlessly) walked us through each step of the process from choosing our materials to what we could expect during install. She was very in tune with our tastes and her suggestions were extremely valuable. We were able to start with a vision, and revise it until it met 110% of our expectations. She followed us during installation, with visits and emails to check on our satisfaction along the way. Our Supervisor, Ken, was on top of everything, accommodating to every question we had, and took direct supervision of each contractor so that we felt very comfortable having them in our home.
