Our kitchen remodel did not go perfectly — there were some issues with the flooring materials and with the faucet that was ordered — but it cost us time, not money. Designer Troy Pavelka was exceptionally attentive — a call did not go unanswered. And his design solved problems in a solid way — it looked good, it worked, and it was in keeping with our more than 100-year-old home. Supervisor Chris Beck was similarly on the ball. We are exceptionally satisfied with the final result. And we would use them again — even though they are not cheap. But you got what you paid for.”

The construction phase took longer than we hoped, but it was exactly the number of weeks quoted at the outset. Top grade work doesn’t happen in 3 weeks, so the quality of the outcome is determined by the time and effort invested in the project. There were numerous changes that we needed after the construction started, and Jennifer was helpful getting these added to the work list.
