"I initially met Vince Weber on a tour of Kitchens in Winnetka and admired his handiwork. I took his card and called him to come look at our kitchen. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted to do but he was so easy to work with and really helped us to refine our vision. We decided to use Normandy to remodel our kitchen. The remodel involved taking everything down to the studs and taking out part of a wall. Before demolition started, Vince gave us a schedule of what would be done each week and when our payments were due and Normandy stuck to that schedule. There were no surprises or extra fees. There were people here working every day. I never had to call and say, "what about this"....they really thought of everything. Al Lovas was our GC and was always available for questions and always got right back to me when I called or texted. We were thrilled with the way our kitchen turned out! So thrilled in fact that we used Normandy again to take off our old front porch and replace it with a half open-porch and half mudroom configuration.
