Normandy works closely with a wide variety of banks for customers who have elected to use a Construction Loan to finance their remodel. There is some additional paperwork and some changes to payment timelines that are required in this method of payment, but it does not impact you or your project in any way. The majority of other bank financing options outside of a Construction Loan typically operate much like a cash model of payments, and also do not cause any issues for the progress of your remodel.
