“We used Normandy for our bathroom remodel…we were assigned Liz Reifschneider as a designer and we LOVED her! We had somewhat limited space available for the renovation, but we have an unusual house layout and wanted to add an extra double vanity to the bathroom. “We hired Normandy to do a complete kitchen remodel. It took us several weeks, maybe months, to come up with just the right plan because we didn’t want to knock out walls or windows—we wanted to leave the floor plan and exterior walls and windows intact. We wanted to get the best possible plan. Our designer, Karen Chanan, was very patient with us, and she kept us on track and her expertise was invaluable. We have a beautiful new kitchen that feels bigger, brighter, and more open. And it works! Once we had a plan, things moved as fast as promised. Our supervisor, Ken Garrison, always responded to questions and concerns quickly, often immediately, and when he said something would happen, it did. All of the workers on the project were professional and efficient—and careful and clean and tidy. While there were necessarily some messy days, they always did their best to clean up as much as possible before leaving for the day. We have only praise for Normandy. Bruce, who supervised the project, was very responsive to the minor issues that came up–even after the project was finished. The tradesmen were neat and their work was of high quality. We were given a timeframe of 6-9 weeks. The job was completed in 6 weeks.”

“We hired Normandy for a total house remodel, with an almost complete gutting of the first and second floors, a complete kitchen remodel, the addition of a new garage stall (with master closet above), a screened-in back porch as well as a stunning front porch. Our house looks nothing like when it first began. It went from a nondescript split level to a visually stunning and extremely functional “home”, adding very little square footage to make it happen. It was all done under the guidance of Troy Pavelka, a thoughtful, conscientious, architect/designer who paired our “wants” and wish-lists into something that made sense for our family to grow old in.
