Arlington Heights Whole Home Remodel Wins Regional Design Award
When a family trusts you with their remodeling needs not once, not twice, but three times, it’s an honor. When their project wins the attention of the judges and is awarded the 2022 Chrysalis Regional Award for a Residential Interior renovation, it’s a celebration.
Normandy Designers Troy Pavelka and Abby Osborn took this Arlington Heights home out of 1985 and brought it back to the future. This family had amazing ideas on creating a spacious and unique feel in their dated home. “Every room is touched with distinctive details and creates an overall flow that is simply stunning,” Troy says. From the two-tier island in the kitchen to the leathered quartzite slab stone in the bar area, this busy family is happy to open their home for entertaining and loves to showcase all of their design decisions.
“The project was truly a collaboration with these homeowners, who have a great eye for design. We are excited to share this award with them and honored by the continuous trust they give us with their homes,” says Troy.
