This family room addition by Normandy Designer Jeremy Paris picked up its third award this year, this time earning a 2024 Master Design Award. This design won a gold award in the additions category for the annual contest, which is sponsored by Qualified Remodeler magazine; founded in 1975, it was the first magazine dedicated to serving the residential remodeling market.

Nominees for the Master Design Awards are judged on aesthetic appeal, construction techniques used, handling of unusual situations, attention to detail, functionality of space and overall impression of the project.
