“The enormity of a project of this scope could prove overwhelming to a family since we altered almost every room in the house. We worked together to develop a mix of modern and transitional design elements, which has made the home a perfect fit for this family,” says Kathryn.

The exterior of the house was completely remodeled to give an updated look and has curb appeal to make every surrounding neighbor envious. Open the door and be impressed by a new two-story foyer, new kitchen, updated family room, and redesigned primary suite. The entire home is welcoming and comfortable yet shows like a livable art gallery.

Judges found the home’s transformation to be truly exceptional and named this project National Winner of the 2022 Chrysalis Awards in the Whole Home remodel category.
