This Chicago family needed another bedroom and bath, plus a bit of extra living space. Normandy Remodeling designer Maury Jones made sure they got it all and a bit more, even when it meant working through a variance to meet zoning requirements.
This group of five is thrilled with the extra space, gorgeous gray and white kitchen and family room with access to the backyard that the addition brings to their home in the neighborhood they love.
We’re thrilled to announce that the project also caught the eye of Qualified Remodeler, earning a Gold Master Design Award.
“I’m so glad these homeowners didn’t have to move. It’s a great feeling knowing we gave them the home they wanted in a place they already love,” Maury said, adding “We were able to create great spaces for living and integrate the new spaces with the architectural details of the existing home.” Read more about this two-story addition here.
