Qualified Remodeler magazine puts out a Top 500 list, which ranks the nation’s top remodeling firms based on their size. This year, for the 39^th annual ranking, Normandy has moved up two spots, coming in at number 50. Criteria for evaluating each company’s placement include number of renovations completed and the number of employees. When project categories were broken out, Normandy was also ranked number one for room additions.

Remodeling magazine’s Top 550 list also surveys the companies in the marketplace. This list is broken out into company categories, including full-service remodeling, special contractors, insurance restoration contractors and franchise organization. As a full-service design/build firm, Normandy fell within the full-service remodeling category and was ranked 9^th on the list. This is the 6^th time that Normandy has achieved a top 10 spot on this list.
