For the 10th year in a row, Normandy Remodeling is honored to receive the Guildmaster Award from Guild Quality. This distinction for high quality is one of several recent customer satisfaction awards, including a “Best of Houzz” for service, and a Better Business Bureau “Torch Award” for marketplace ethics.
Guild Quality is a consumer satisfaction company that surveys homeowners across America who have recently undertaken a home improvement project. Normandy Remodeling is proud to have a 95% “Likely to Recommend” rating from its past customers, a distinction that places Normandy Remodeling among the top quality home improvement companies in the nation.
Additional steps that enhance that remodeling experience that are unique to Normandy include an emphasis on Livable Remodeling. This dust management system that includes floor protection and enclosing the work space with tarps, in addition to a unique air filtration system with HEPA filters to minimize airborne dust. Further, the Normandy Designer that creates the homeowners’ concept for the addition or renovation stays actively involved throughout the project, working closely with the project’s dedicated Superintendent to keep things moving swiftly and correctly. The Designer’s active role means they are available to answer any questions or clarify any ambiguity along the way, which lowers the stress on the homeowners during the remodel.
