Normandy Designer Liz Reifschneider set the bar high when it came to this Chicago high-rise renovation. Every square inch of this two-bedroom condo was reworked and now, the interior is on par with the unit’s stunning view of Lake Michigan.  This whole home renovation was so well executed; it was just awarded a Silver, 2016 Master Design Award from Qualified Remodeler Magazine.

This year’s competition is the 38^th annual Master Design Awards Showcase, which shares thoughtful design solutions that resulted into beautiful and functional spaces. An expert panel of judges evaluated designs from across the country and awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze placements within each category.
