According to Guild Quality, the basis for a Guildmaster Award is an extremely high customer recommendation rate.  That being said, two important metrics come into play – the percentage of customers who recommend a company and the percentage of completed surveys.

Guild Quality has also noted that the average recommendation rate for those within the building, remodeling and real estate industry is about 70 percent. Those who have been awarded a Guildmaster Award have achieved a recommendation rate of 90 percent or greater.   An astonishing 95% of Normandy Remodeling customers would recommend them to family and friends, well above the threshold for this award designation.
