Modern Farmhouse Addition Goes Beyond a Larger Kitchen and Primary Suite

While the footprint of this home expanded to enlarge the kitchen and the primary suite, the impact of the additional square footage can be felt throughout the home. The kitchen is now adjacent to a new bar and walk-in pantry, as the previous mudroom shifted into the new space. A refresh of the powder room and fireplace update in the living room brings the rest of the first floor into harmony with the newly remodeled adjoining rooms. Upstairs, the relocated laundry room makes chores so much simpler, while the updated hall bath is ideal for the growing siblings to share. The new primary suite above the kitchen enjoys a spacious walk-in closet and a primary bathroom that exudes glamour.
