When it was time to create a weekend retreat, this couple wanted a place that would function as well for entertaining their friends and business associates as it would for visits from the grandkids.  Since the condo isn’t especially large, storage was a premium and was top of mind for each room.  The main living area includes bookshelves that house a TV that appears to be a mirror when it’s not on.  The butler’s pantry is a beneficial companion to the kitchen which is primarily designed for light cooking an catering. The bedroom includes custom built-in nightstands and shelves, complete with integrated his-and-hers reading lights above the bed.
