This charming brick colonial house needed an upgrade to replace the existing old, undersized garage.  The new garage is larger and features an attic that provides ample storage.  Attached to the home through a breezeway, the slate roof, copper gutters and other custom materials for this garage were selected to match the high-end details that were found on the exterior of the rest of the house.
