Normandy Remodeling was recently named to two lists of which we are quite proud.

We are grateful for the recognition and proud to stand out among the many hardworking builders out there. But the true benefit of appearing on these lists is in the value it provides to our customers. As a sizeable, recognized company, we have longstanding partnerships that grant us access to building materials when they are scarce. Smaller builders are experiencing lumber shortages as demand has surged this year and the supply chain has been interrupted, but Normandy customers have what they need at the best possible price.

When families make the choice to remodel or add-on to their homes they understand that it will likely involve a bit of short-term pain that leads to a true long-term gain. Making these lists shows that we’ve successfully guided many people through the process. Our reputation is everything to us, so we know that it only takes a few mistakes to tarnish our good name. We know we’ve got to stay vigilant by providing the best service, the best pricing and top tier quality on every single home. If we don’t, word will definitely get out, and we’ll falter.

Honestly, we’ve got something to lose. We really prefer to think of it as everything to gain though. Every first meeting, every presentation of the drawings, every time we manage to secure an elusive material or find a tricky solution, we are just as pleased as if it were our own homes.
