    First Floor Remodel With Modern Vintage Touches

    This first-floor remodel brings the kitchen, family room, bar, butler’s pantry and powder room together with a warm and collected aesthetic. Marble, brass and beadboard accents are carried throughout, from the kitchen’s statement details to the charming bar details. In the family room, a new fireplace is framed by cabinetry on either side, while the butler’s pantry adds practical storage, and even built-in dog bowls. The powder room continues the same mix of materials and vintage-inspired character.
